T Vail Shoultz-McCole has over 35 years of experience in early education ranging from family home care to teaching in a first grade classroom to current college faculty at CMU. As a Buell Fellow, she embraces advocacy as an intricate part of creating sustainable positive changes for children, families, workforce, and communities. 2024 she became a Bank Street Apprenticeship Fellow and actively advocates for ECE apprenticeship as a means for recruitment and retainment.
