The Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) uses the application GoCase Mobile to allow service providers to securely access cases remotely. Service providers use the app to download and complete required forms which upload automatically to the Department's case management system (Salesforce). Programs that use GoCase Mobile include SafeCare Colorado, Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF), Family Resource Center (FrS), Community Based Child Abuse Prevention (CBCAP), Early Intervention, and Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH).

The GoCase Mobile Application does not collect any personal or sensitive user data, such as personally identifiable information. The GoCase Mobile Application does share some user data, such as UserIDs and performance data, with developers internal to the State to inspect, improve and monitor the performance of the application. The sharing and use of data collected or transferred by this application is compliant with Colorado’s Information Security policies and HIPAA Privacy Practices. Anyone can request their data be deleted by reaching out to the Colorado Department of Early Childhood at cdec_cmpdatasupport@state.
