Heather O'Hayre is the Director for the Larimer County Department of Human Services, and formerly a commissioner on the Early Childhood Leadership Commission. Heather has over 20 years of experience working with children and families in the areas of early intervention, child welfare services and prevention, juvenile justice, family law, program development and evaluation. She lives in Northern Colorado with her spouse and three children.
