Barbara Wacker has been in the Early Childhood field since 1978. She has owned a Family Child Care Home; worked in public health; worked for two (2) different school districts; and currently works for a private company providing Early Head Start services to families with infants and toddlers. Ms. Wacker is currently working as the Local Coordinating Organization (LCO) Coordinator for Morgan County, and believes that she can bring the rural voice to the work as an advocate and champion for the early childhood field.
