Frank Reeves has been in rural education for the past 33 years in Nebraska, Wyoming and Colorado. From 2012-2015 Frank was the Superintendent of Schools at Genoa-Hugo School District in Eastern Colorado and from 2015-2022 he was the Superintendent in East Grand School District. Frank retired in 2022 and now works for the Colorado Rural Alliance.
