As the Hope Center President/CEO with close to 30 years in early childhood and the nonprofit sector, Cassandra P. Johnson possesses a wealth of experience steeped in early care and education leadership, public policy, administration, human resources, capacity building, diversity, equity, inclusion, cultural consciousness, awareness campaigns, and community and family engagement. Ms. Johnson is the co-founder and Affiliate President for National Black Child Development Denver Chapter and worked in partnership to build the Righteous Rage Institute for Healing and Social Justice, where she partners with community to implement healing, social and education justice initiatives, healing retreats, serves as a content expert, trainer and curriculum designer. She loves hiking, trail running and paddle boarding, and as a proud mother of three children and grandmother of two, she understands the value of family and the importance of having strong communities around them.
